Our subscription is tailored to your cat, so the price depends on their age, size and how many meals you’d like delivered. You only pay for what they actually need, with no hidden fees – and you can edit, pause or cancel anytime. £30 for a small box with 28 pouches. £55 for a medium box with 56 pouches. £80 for a large box with 84 pouches. £105 for an extra large box with 112 pouches.

We're sorry for the confusion on this one! With our latest pouch design we now align with OPRL (on pack recycling labelling) guidance to help the UK with clearer recycling messages across all products. Because our pouches can't be recycled at home, it was classed as non recyclable. We are working with OPRL on this to see if there is a better label or guidance to use, as we agree, it is confusing! Rest assured, our pouches can still be recycled in your Enval mailer bags ♻️

At the moment, our Blink pouches can't be put in your recycling bins at home - this goes for all wet food pouches 😿. So until this is a permanent solution, we have partnered with Enval 💚. To recycle your pouches, just opt into our scheme and you'll start receiving mailer bags in your orders. All you've got to do is rinse out your empty pouches after use, pop them in the mailer bag & when full, pop into your nearest post box. We cover postage too 😉

So this is where the magic happens - other than in the kitchen ofc. We take some info about your furry friend’s age, breed, activity level, weight, lifestyle and food preferences. Some maths stuff happens in the servers and based on that, you get a custom meal plan for your cat. You’ll get recommendations on how many Blink meals they’ll need and recipes that they’ll love. But it doesn’t stop there. You have full control over the box. Personalise it by swapping meals, editing amounts and delivery frequency.

So the starter box is 6 full size pouches of our best selling meals. We know picking the right food your furry one is tricky so we let our customers try before they commit to a meal plan. And yes, it really is just £1.

We do take on board that we are a little more expensive compared to some of the bigger, older brands. However, this is simply due to the quality of recipes. For example, we only use meat fillets. Whereas other brands tend to use cereals and sugar to fill out their products just to keep the price down.

You can cancel your subscription at any time upon receipt of your trial box! Simply log into your account settings or by contacting the friendly Blink Team. Once your order has been picked and packed at our warehouse, it will be handed over to our friendly courier to be delivered to your door. Delivery takes 2-3 working days. However, please note, if you live in Highlands & Scottish Islands or Northern Ireland, your order may take a little longer, but usually within 3 working days!

We will charge your chosen card on the date that your very first order is placed. After this, the payment date will always be attempted on the same day as your shipment date – whenever you chose this to be! Quick tip - if your card details change, these will need to be updated to continue your subscription. To update your card details, you can simply log into your online account and you should be brought to a page that has the option to update your card details, simply update them there.

We really hope your cat enjoys our nutritious meals. But to help them adjust to their new healthy, high meat meals we advise gradually introducing Blink cat food into their diet. For the first few days mix small portions of Blink cat food with their old food and just keep increasing the amount of Blink food over time, until they’re meowing at the cupboard for more – it’s as simple as that!

We actually consider a range of factors when helping with feeding guidelines for your little one. These include things such as their weight, age, whether or not they've been neutered and if you feed a mixture of wet & dry.

Of course, we understand knowing how much to feed can be tricky, and all little ones are different so, any questions reach out to our customer care team.

There isn't a huge amount of difference between our adult and kitten recipes, in fact the taste would be pretty similar! Our new kitten range has been specifically formulated with little ones tums in mind. A young kitten needs a higher fat content – therefore we've developed a range which includes this to help assist development.

We’re super excited to welcome little ones of all ages to our subscription! 😸 When signing up, simply enter your little ones details and you’ll be given the option of which trial box you’d like throughout the sign up process! Already signed up? No problem! Just hop into your account and click ‘change subscription’ and select those marked ‘kitten’ 😸

We’d typically recommend feeding Blink Kitten up until 9-12 months of age, but this is only a recommendation as every little one is different and grows at different speeds. Before transitioning your kitten onto adult food, we recommend chatting through with your vet so that they can advise further.

Simply log in to your account and visit ‘Account’ to update any personal details; including changing address or payment details.

You can also update your cats details by heading to the 'My Cats' section of the account.

Absolutely! We have a no strings subscription. You can pause or cancel anytime by heading to the 'Subscriptions' section of your account.

If you need to skip a delivery too, no problem. Go to 'Subscriptions' and select ‘reschedule’ or 'skip'. You’ll also see how many days you have to make any changes to your next box.

Absolutely! We know how fussy our furry friends can be and may like certain recipes some months, and others next!

After you've signed up, simply log into your online account and click “Subscriptions”, this section will allow you to add/remove anything to suit your furry friends taste preference. You can do this up to 24-hours before your order is processed.

It's up to you! When you sign up, we'll recommend repeating your order based on your cat's needs (e.g. every 4 weeks), but you can tweak this if you like. Once you’ve received your trial box, you have 10 days before your first full-sized subscription box will arrive. From then on, we will ship your order to you as little or as often as you need.

Initially, we present you with simple options based on a number of weeks. But once you've signed up, you can make more detailed adjustments to this by heading to the 'Subscriptions' section in your account, or speak to our customer care team who will be happy to help.

Yes! To make our Blink recipes complete we mix in a healthy blend of 21 vitamins & minerals essential for cat’s growth & development, including Vitamin: A, D3, E, B6 and B12. Under EU legislation only the key vitamins are noted on back of packs but the rest are included in the recipe to make it complete- you’ll find this is the same across all cat food brands.

Good Question. We want to spread the love around so our systems will only allow you to have 1 trial box per individual and per household I’m afraid, but don’t worry if you have multiple cats you can choose up to 6 different recipes to try in your trial.

We're super pleased to let you know that our dry recipes are totally safe for kittens to enjoy 😻 - our dry food is a complete food for cats of all ages.
