Delivery Policy

1. Delivery dates and costs

1.1 Your order will be delivered in accordance with the timeframes set out in your order. Any delivery dates stated during the order process, or in your order acknowledgment or shipping confirmation emails, are estimates, unless we have agreed a specific delivery date with you.

1.2 We will do all that we reasonably can to deliver your order within the timeframes set out in your order. If your delivery is delayed, we will email you to let you know as soon as reasonably possible. However, we are not liable to you for any losses you incur if delivery is delayed circumstances beyond our reasonable control (for example, severe weather, accidents or unpredictable traffic delays).

1.3 Delivery costs: Delivery is £4.99 for orders below £29. Delivery is free when you spend £29 or more. Delivery is also free on all trial packs.

2. Delivery

2.1 We will deliver your order to the address specified by you when you placed your order.

2.2 Orders may be delivered in instalments.

2.3 We work with a range of UK delivery partners who will contact you directly regarding delivery of your order once it has been dispatched.

2.4 Delivery carriers: We use Royal Mail for smaller letterbox deliveries, including trial packs, and Evri for all other deliveries.

2.5 Delivery areas: We deliver to Mainland UK and Northern Ireland.

2.6 Delivery timeframes: We aim to deliver within 24 hours. However, in certain situations and areas, delivery may take a little longer.

2.7 Please examine the products as soon as reasonably possible after delivery and notify us of any fault or damage as soon as reasonably possible.

The remainder of this clause only applies to you if you are a business customer.

5.   You shall be responsible for:

5.1 any duties, taxes or other fees whatsoever payable in connection with the importation of the products into any territory outside of mainland UK; and

5.2 ensuring the products are compliant with applicable laws in the location to which they are delivered/made available for collection and any other territory in which the products are re-sold. We accept no responsibility and shall not be liable for ensuring such compliance.

6.   We may deliver the Goods in instalments. Any delay or defect in an instalment shall not entitle you to cancel any other instalment.

7.   You shall not be entitled to reject a delivery of the Goods on the basis that an incorrect volume of the Goods has been supplied.

8.   We shall use reasonable endeavours to meet delivery dates but such dates are indicative only.

9.   We shall not be liable for any delay in or failure of delivery caused by:

9.1 your failure to make the Location available;

9.2 your failure to prepare the Location as required for delivery of the Goods;

9.3 your failure to provide us with adequate instructions for delivery and installation or otherwise relating to the Goods; or

9.4 Force Majeure.

10. If you fail to accept delivery of the Goods or collect the Goods on the due date, we shall store and insure the Goods pending delivery, and you shall pay all costs and expenses incurred by us in doing so.

11. If five (5) Business Days following the due date for delivery or collection of the Goods, you have not taken delivery of or collected them, we may resell or otherwise dispose of the Goods without any obligation or liability to you, except as provided for in conditions 11.1 and 11.2. We shall:

11.1           deduct all storage charges at our then-applicable rates and reasonable costs of resale; and

11.2           invoice you for any shortfall of the resale price below the Price paid by you for the Goods.
